These terms govern your use of WorkNest Hub, a digital services division of WorkNest. By creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
WorkNest Hub provides a marketplace for digital services, initially including proxy services, with additional services introduced over time. We resell services supplied by authorized third-party providers.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira unless stated otherwise, and cryptocurrency payments are quoted at the rate shown at checkout. A purchased service is provisioned only after payment has been verified server-side and fulfillment has completed.
4. Acceptable use
Services purchased through WorkNest Hub must be used lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. Misuse may result in suspension or termination without refund.
5. Availability and changes
We may change, pause, or discontinue services, plans, or prices. Where a paid subscription is affected materially, we will notify affected customers in advance where practicable.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkNest Hub's liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
