Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, country, and optional phone number.
• Order and payment records: what you purchased, amounts paid, and payment references. We do not store your full card details; payments are processed by our payment providers.
• Support content: messages you send in support tickets.
• Service usage data where the relevant supplier provides it, used to display usage in your dashboard.

How we use your information

We use your information to create and secure your account, process payments, provision and support the services you purchase, send transactional notifications (such as order confirmations and security alerts), and improve the platform.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary data with payment processors (to take payment), suppliers (to provision your service), and our email provider (to deliver notifications). We never sell your personal data.

Security

Access to your data is restricted with database-level security controls, and administrative actions are logged. Payment provider and supplier credentials are stored only server-side and are never exposed in the application.

Your rights

You can view and update your account details in Account Settings, and request deletion of your account by contacting support. We retain transaction records where required by law.
